CareerStart will get you up to speed with the essentials you need in order to list, market and sell homes. You’ll leave with a solid knowledge of modern practices and Carpenter’s support systems and tools. This includes listing and selling properties, and having presentation skills and the confidence to guide clients through the home buying and selling process.
You will leave class with a starter database that you will continue to grow through various networking and face to face opportunities. You will learn the ins and outs of contracts and how to navigate negotiations and provide guidance to your clients.
Technology is woven throughout the course to make sure you are using the tools we offer to make you the real estate expert of choice. We include days on lead generation so you can learn from the experts on how to convert expired listings and FSBOs. Our goal is for you to get your first piece of business as soon as possible.
