The Indiana Real Estate Commission requires each licensed broker to attend approved continuing education (CE). The 12-Hour CE classes and the 30-hour course are offered exclusively to Carpenter Broker Associates at NO COST.

12-Hour CE series

Licensed agents must fulfill a 12-Hour CE requirement each year. The renewal period begins on July 1 and ends on June 30 each year (does not follow a calendar year). A CE class you take cannot be repeated during the same renewal period.

30-Hour Post-License CE series

The series is designed to impart business planning, marketing, legalities and a general overview of the real estate business. Licensed Broker Associates with fewer than two years in the business are required to attend a specific 30-Hour Post-licensing curriculum within two years of licensure. The series must be attended in one full series. Carpenter is proud to be one of the few Continuing Education schools in the state approved to provide this program.
