Prelicensing
The state law requirement for obrtaining your Real Estate license is an approved curriculum that includes Indiana license law, property and contract law, environmental issues, fair housing, real estate terminology and more.

Cram Sessions
These study sessions are for students who have passed the prelicensing class and would like more intense focus on preparing for the state exam. These are offered on weekends for three hours via Zoom. Presented by Jamie Carmosimo, the series is offered to prospective Carpenter Broker Associates at NO COST.
